# 🚨 Account Turned Off Despite Current Billing

My account has been completely **turned off** , and as a result, **all of my associated apps are currently inactive and inaccessible**.

This is happening even though **my billing is completely current** , and I have confirmed that my payment information is up-to-date and there are no outstanding invoices.

Could a moderator or support team member please look into this and provide a resolution as soon as possible? @ThinhDinh @Jeff_Hager
