# Able to set Row Owner on a column with multiple emails

I like to add a Feature Request to set Row Owner on a column with multiple emails (separated by commas, or, vertical bars?) instead of using Array Column.

I like to allow 1500 users to access the app, but, do not allow them to download data. I can use Row Owner feature (instead of Role) to implement this app.

Would a concept of groups be the best solution.

Have groups, add multiple user to a group and then assign ownership to the group.  
Allow groups to include other groups.  
Users can be part of multiple groups.
