# A clear button for a form

Hello,
I want to create a calculator app to use as a diagnostic tool for ultrasound.
In this app the user will have several informations to compile or to choose and at the end a submit button to have the result.
In the result sheet, I want to insert a clear button to reset the app and let the user to restart the app.
How can I deal with this?
