# 90% reduction of public users in starter plans. What is the reason?

In the dashboard, in the card of a classic app, there is a menu. There, you’ll see an option to build an app from that classic app. This will create a new project, bring over the data, and you’ll need to rebuild the layout.

The new apps builder has been around at the very least 12 months. Was it released around April-May 2022 maybe? It’s been a while.
When did the expert finish this app for you?

Glide Classic and Glide Apps (the newer version which has been around a while now) are two different products. Unfortunately, the transfer from classic to new is not perfectly smooth, so a partial rebuild at the very least would be required.
